During storm season its always a good idea to check that your downpipes and stormwater drains are working correctly,dont leave it until the storm hits and you realize you have areas around your home flooding.Check all downpipes coming from the roof which go to the ground and make sure they are not overflowing.Check all your guttering around your roof area is clean and clear of leaves and dirt.And check all outside drains which take all the ground water from your home to the street and make sure they are not blocked.Visually inspecting your stormwater system during heavy rain can help prevent big problems later on.If you encounter any of the problems I have outlined feel free to call us at Royals Maintenance Plumbing and we will come over and sort out any stormwater issues you may have.
